P3 Plus connects Utah’s government entities that want to provide infrastructure using the public-private partnership model with private firms and financiers.  We provide expert advice and guidance and connect parties to professionals who can help get the job done.  Similarly, P3 Plus can assist private firms to identify potential public projects that complement the firm’s strategy and expertise. This work is provided free of charge to all sides.

P3 Plus works with the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, the Utah Legislature, and other stakeholders to create a legal framework that ensures the viability and success of public-private partnerships.  In 2022, P3 Plus worked with these stakeholders to pass Senate Bill 22, Public-Private Partnership Amendments.

If you are a government entity or organization interested in exploring public-private partnerships, P3 Plus can offer digital or in-person training to your staff and walk them through the process to explore, procure, and execute a successful public-private partnership.  These trainings can be tailored to your entity’s unique circumstances and needs and are offered at no cost to you.  We have several experts across the state which allows to provide these services where you are.

Although the P3 process is primarily driven by the government entity and financiers, our team is able to provide technical advice and support throughout the process if needed.
