Help provide a legal framework for public-private partnerships
A major part of our legislative mandate is to offer recommendations on creating a legal framework that allows P3s to thrive. We will continuously work with the Utah legislature to ensure that P3s are viable and successful.
Provide training and resources
If you are a public entity or organization interested in exploring a public-private partnership, P3Plus can offer digital or in-person training to your staff and walk them through the process to explore, procure, and execute a public-private partnership. These trainings can be tailored to your entity’s unique circumstances and needs.
Providing technical advice and support on P3 projects
Although the P3 process is driven primarily by the public entity’s staff and private parties, our experienced team is able to provide technical advice and support throughout the process when it is needed.
